Church!
At the beginning of 2025, we laid out the vision for where we believed God was leading us. We clarified that we would remain resolute in upholding our core values as a church.
The Word
We stand on the word of God. The inerrant, true, living, and active word of God. Forming our lives from its truth, never forming truth from our lives. We shamelessly preach the word of God.
Worship.
Worship is never an ancillary part of our services, but paramount to the entire experience. We worship through song, but also commit to living lives of worship as the living sacrifice of praise to our God.
Community.
Life doesn’t happen in rows; it happens in circles with those we love. Community is a core value of ours because community is central to Christ’s vision of the church. A place of belonging, unity, and love.
Generosity.
We give our first and best to God because He first loved us and gave us His best in Jesus. Ultimately, we bring to God what is rightfully His, as there is nothing we can “give” him…for He owns it all.
We also shared three new areas of ministry that we were going to heavily emphasize as we continued to see growth within our church. Check out our year end update on these things below -
Elders.
In January, our board of elders walked through a study of Biblical Eldership, seeking to return to the Apostle Paul’s heart for the role of elders. Our team emerged on the other side with more clarity and resolve to lead our church well.
Deacons.
In May of this year, we appointed 35 new Deacons before the church—a first for Beaches Chapel. We are grateful to God that He faithfully brought faithful men and women into our church to assist in the works of ministry we have before us.
Facilities.
Finally, we shared about renovating our facilities. An investment in our “home” is an investment in the future of Beaches Chapel. It is our way of leaving an inheritance for our kids and the future generations of BC, for His glory.
As 2025 comes to a close and 2026 draws near, our faith in God's desire to provide the resources to bring this much-needed restoration and renovation to life on our 50-year-old campus is growing. We know that He is capable of more than we could ask or imagine, but also believe that now is the time to invest in the home that we have created here so that ALL people can find hope in the life-changing message of the gospel.
Our goal is to raise $250,000 before Christmas to kickstart our efforts to renovate our facilities in 2026! As God brings growth to our church, we want to be ready to do whatever it takes for ONE MORE person to encounter Jesus. Will you join in the movement that God has already begun? Will you go first in your giving, bringing your first and best to God as an act of faith and trust in His wonder-working power? Will you tear off the roof for that person in your life to meet the Jesus who changes everything?
We believe that God gave first. We give our first and best in response to God’s character and as an act of worshipful trust.
As we prepare for new service times in December, we want YOU to join in the joy of serving God through the church. With an additional service time, it is our prayer that our serve teams would sit in a service AND serve during a church service.
New service times will start on December 7th and will take place at 9am and 11:15am.
